DESCRIPTION:Inspire Juniors Rec MTB Summer Camps\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThese are camps that are a sampler of the Inspire Juniors Recreational Mountain Bike Program. We will be riding Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.\, exploring the trails in the Castle Rock area and learning basic mountain biking skills. We also teach trail etiquette and usage. Skills to be covered include beginning and advanced shifting and braking techniques\, body positioning and balance\, and turn management. \nThere will be two sessions\, one in June and one in July. \nRiders need a working mountain bike with gears and a bicycle helmet. Closed-toe shoes are required. Riders are required to bring their own hydration (water bottle) and provide a snack. Gloves and bike shorts are recommended. Sunscreen is advised.
