Get your Zwift setup dialed. Riders will need an active Zwift account to participate. Smart trainers are the best option for these workouts\, but if you have a wheel-on trainer\, you’ll just need a Bluetooth-enabled speed sensor. \nWe’re super excited to have caveworks partner with us on the 2026 series. This Fort Collins brand makes a purpose-built indoor “bike” designed for your smart trainer so you can keep your fancy outdoor bike where it belongs—outside. The caveworks Rivet also lets you either customize your build with new parts\, or you can repurpose old parts you have lying around—the choice is yours. They will be joining us on a few of the Sunday group rides\, a perfect way to nerd out with them and ask questions from the creators themselves. \nThe series will finish just in time for our first IN-PERSON FoCo Fondo Training Ride in March (yay!)

You can check out some of the laws that we championed over the years in Our Public Policy Work. \nYou can also view what Our Current Legislative Priorities are for the upcoming 2026 legislative session. We believe biking should be safe for everyone. Using our policy principles as our guide\, we identify issues impacting safe biking and walking and the legislative solutions to address these issues.

SUMMARY:Outlaw Gravel
DESCRIPTION:Outlaw Gravel is a new gravel cycling event based in Steamboat Springs on May 31. Designed for both experienced racers and riders new to competition\, the event introduces a timed-segment format that rewards strategy as much as strength. \nRiders will take on multiple professionally timed gravel segments across the South Valley\, connected by neutral sections where they can recover\, refuel\, and ride at their own pace. The course features rolling gravel\, punchy climbs\, open ranchland\, and wide mountain views that define the Steamboat riding experience. \nParticipants can race solo or as part of a team of 2 or 4\, making it as competitive or social as they want it to be. \nThe day starts and finishes at Olympian Hall\, where riders and spectators come together for a post-race celebration featuring live music\, food\, and cold drinks. The event is designed to be as welcoming for friends\, family\, and the local community as it is for racers. \nOutlaw Gravel is proud to support the Dirt to Snow – Mark Satkiewicz Legacy Fund\, with a portion of proceeds going toward local youth programs and community initiatives.

SUMMARY:Karen Hornbostel Memorial Time Trial Series
DESCRIPTION:Since 1991\, the KHMTT has been a spring rite of passage—Wednesday evenings at Cherry Creek State Park—where riders gather to test themselves against Colorado’s mercurial weather and a deceptively beautiful course. \nWe race with purpose. The KHMTT is a fundraiser supporting the Cancer Fitness Institute—founded in memory of Karen Hornbostel—and Bicycle Colorado. Karen Hornbostel was a four‑time masters national road champion who\, despite a 13‑year battle with metastatic breast cancer\, pioneered a groundbreaking fitness program for cancer patients. Her vision grew into what is today the Cancer Fitness Institute\, improving the quality of life for thousands of survivors. Her courage and leadership continue to inspire every ride. \nThe COBRAS and the KHMTT are proud to support these organizations. When you ride with us\, you’re not just chasing personal bests—you’re helping fund life‑changing programs and safer streets for cyclists across the state. \n\n\n2026 Dates: \nApril 8\, 15\, 22\, 29\nMay 6\, 13\, 20\nWeather Make Up Date: May 27 \nRegister Here \nView Event Website
