Outlaw Gravel

Outlaw Gravel is a new gravel cycling event based in Steamboat Springs on May 31. Designed for both experienced racers and riders new to competition, the event introduces a timed-segment format that rewards strategy as much as strength.
Riders will take on multiple professionally timed gravel segments across the South Valley, connected by neutral sections where they can recover, refuel, and ride at their own pace. The course features rolling gravel, punchy climbs, open ranchland, and wide mountain views that define the Steamboat riding experience.
Participants can race solo or as part of a team of 2 or 4, making it as competitive or social as they want it to be.
The day starts and finishes at Olympian Hall, where riders and spectators come together for a post-race celebration featuring live music, food, and cold drinks. The event is designed to be as welcoming for friends, family, and the local community as it is for racers.
Outlaw Gravel is proud to support the Dirt to Snow – Mark Satkiewicz Legacy Fund, with a portion of proceeds going toward local youth programs and community initiatives.
