How Our Shop Works

Every item in the Bicycle Colorado shop is printed on demand through our production partner, Printful. That means your order is made just for you after you place it. This approach lets us offer a broad range of products without overproduction or waste.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Because each item is made to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping time is added on top of that, typically 3 to 7 business days for standard domestic delivery, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Because items are made specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. We encourage you to review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or was printed incorrectly, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. Damaged or misprinted items will be reprinted and reshipped at no cost to you.

Our Mission

Every item sold directly funds our programs. After covering production costs, 100% of the net proceeds go toward our nonprofit's mission.

Yes! We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations made directly to our organization are tax-deductible. Note that merchandise purchases are not tax-deductible, as you receive goods in exchange, but every dollar still makes a real difference.

Absolutely. You can donate directly on our Donate page. If you'd like to wear your support, our merch is a great way to spread the word too!

Products

DTG printing uses specialized inkjet technology to print designs directly onto fabric like a high-resolution printer for clothing. The result is vibrant, detailed prints that are soft to the touch, wash well, and hold their color over time. It also produces very little waste compared to traditional screen printing.

To keep prints looking their best: wash inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print. With proper care your garment should look great for years.

We're unable to offer size exchanges. Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, each garment is a unique production run — there's no inventory to swap with. Once printed, items cannot be restocked or resold, so accepting an exchange would result in a wasted garment with no way to recoup the cost. We strongly recommend consulting our detailed size guide before ordering.

Orders

Since every item is printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Because every item is printed on demand, production begins within minutes of your order being confirmed — meaning your garment is already being prepared before you'd have a chance to reach us. We recommend double-checking your size, design, and shipping address before completing checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Yes, an order confirmation with a full itemized receipt is emailed to you immediately after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.

Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping to Canada, the UK, and Australia is available at checkout. We're working on expanding shipping locations. You can sign up for our newsletter to hear when your country is added.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Lightweight items like tees and tote bags ship at a lower rate than heavier garments like hoodies, and hats ship in their own rigid packaging which may affect the rate. Orders with multiple items are consolidated into a single shipment whenever possible to keep costs down.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us at [email protected].

The Bicycle Colorado shop uses a print-on-demand service to fulfill product orders. We are not able to process returns or exchanges for fit, preference, or change of mind. Please use the sizing guides on each product page to find your best fit before ordering. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We are sorry to hear that. Please email [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get a replacement printed and shipped to you at no charge, typically within 7-10 business days or at your request issue a refund.

Once we approve a refund, it's processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
